  • Develop tailored commercial proposals aligned with client needs

  • Conduct negotiations (with interpreter or technical specialist support when needed)
  • Participate in tenders and technical meetings alongside engineering teams
  • Oversee all project implementation stages—from concept development to successful launch
  • Business travel across Russia, CIS countries, and internationally (all expenses fully covered by the company)
What It Takes to Succeed
  • Strong motivation to learn and grow within B2B sales
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and lead productive business negotiations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian; English is a plus
  • Proficiency in managing large volumes of information with keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel for business as required
  • Confident PC user (MS Office, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools)
